  • Open Facebook on a computer.
  • In the upper-right hand corner, click on the down arrow to open a drop down menu and select Settings.
  • From your Business Manager page, navigate to Business Settings in the upper-left corner of your screen.
  • Click Pages in the left column of your screen.
  • Select Company Page from the drop-down list that appears.
  • Click Locations and select Add Location .
  • In the box that appears, enter your location information and click Save Draft.
  • Once you’re ready to publish your location, return to the Locations area of your company Facebook page and click Publish next to your new location.
  • Follow these steps carefully and you’ll have multiple locations for your business on Facebook in no time at all!

Open Facebook on a computer.

If you’re already signed into your company’s page, click the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of any Facebook page and select “Pages.” If not, sign in to your personal account and then go to https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/. Click “Create Page,” select “Local Business or Place,” enter information about your business, and add other details.

Once you’ve created a page for yourself or your business, go back to that Page’s settings by clicking More in the upper right corner of any Facebook page (or go directly there at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=pages). On this screen under Edit Settings, click Add Location(s) at the bottom of the list on the left side of this screen (you may need to scroll down).

In the upper-right hand corner, click on the down arrow to open a drop down menu and select Settings.

To add multiple locations to your site, follow the steps below:

  • In the upper-right hand corner of Facebook’s home page, click on ‘Settings’.
  • A drop down menu will appear. Select ‘Pages’ from this drop down menu by clicking on it or tapping on it with your finger if you’re using a mobile device such as an iPhone or Android phone/tablet.
  • You should now be looking at a list of all pages you manage for any company or organization with which you are associated (including personal pages). If there is no list showing up in front of you yet, it means that either there are no other pages currently being managed by your account or that none have been added since your last visit to Facebook’s Settings landing page (which could happen if someone else has added one while logged into their own account). To see whether there are additional pages listed here already: scroll down until all items have been revealed; if not then go back up again until they appear so that they can be clicked upon one at time depending on which ones need updating first…

From your Business Manager page, navigate to Business Settings in the upper-left corner of your screen.

To add multiple locations to your company’s Facebook page, you’ll need to log in to Facebook as an administrator. If you don’t already know how, click here for help.

  • Once logged in, navigate to Business Settings in the upper-left corner of your screen.
  • Next, scroll down until you see “Add new location” under General settings (or just click here).

Click Pages in the left column of your screen.

  • Click Pages in the left column of your screen. Then, select Locations and Pages from the menu.
  • Click + Add location at the top right of your screen, followed by Name and Description to add a new location to your company’s Facebook page(s).
  • You can choose to create a new Facebook Page or add it as an existing location by selecting an option from the drop-down menu that appears when you click Create new Page (or similar wording).

Select Company Page from the drop-down list that appears.

  • Click the green + beside the word “Location” in your Page’s left sidebar to open the drop-down menu.
  • Select Company Page from this list of options, then click Add Location to confirm that you want to add another location for your business.
  • Enter all required information about your new location and click Save Draft when finished; you’ll need to finish adding all locations before publishing them so that they can be published at once in one go rather than individually (which would take much longer).

Click Locations and select Add Location .

To add multiple locations to your company’s Facebook page:

  • Go to your company page and click Locations.
  • Click Add Location under the location section of the left menu.
  • Enter all the information for each location into separate rows. For example, if you have two offices in different cities, you’ll enter one address in one row and another address in another row. Don’t forget to make sure that each office has its own phone number! You can also select a type from our drop-down menu (e.g., restaurant).
  • Click Save Draft at the bottom of the screen when you’re done adding locations. If necessary, check over everything again before publishing it live on Facebook by clicking Publish This Page under Publishing Tools at the top right of your screen!

In the box that appears, enter your location information and click Save Draft.

  • In the box that appears, enter your location information and click Save Draft.
  • In the new window that appears, put in your business name and select it from the drop-down menu.
  • Select a category from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter your opening date and time into their corresponding fields (optional).

When you’re done entering everything, click Done on this page too!

Once you’re ready to publish your location, return to the Locations area of your company Facebook page and click Publish next to your new location.

Once you are ready to publish your location, return to the Locations area of your company Facebook page and click Publish next to your new location. If you aren’t ready yet, you can save the draft as a pending status; if you need to edit some information about it, click on the pencil icon in order to make changes. Once published, this new location will appear on both pages and be included in future posts.

If there are multiple locations that need to be published, they can be put into order of preference by dragging them around in an ascending or descending order.

Follow these steps carefully and you’ll have multiple locations for your business on Facebook in no time at all!

Follow these steps carefully and you’ll have multiple locations for your business on Facebook in no time at all!

  • Make sure you fill out all the information fields appropriately. It’s important to include a physical address that matches the city, state and zip code of where it’s located. You can also list your company’s website (if applicable), as well as its phone number(s).
  • If you make a mistake or want to go back and change any information you’ve entered, click Edit next to each field and make changes. Just note that once edits are saved they cannot be undone—so only save them when they’re correct! Once everything looks good: Hit Save Draft at the bottom of the page before continuing on with this process.
